The surfaces are cleaned by means of sand blasters and shot blasting chambers. The materials used for the cleaning are different types of the abrasives, e.g., shot and sand. The painting is implemented after the cleaning.
Abrasive blasting and painting have the following benefits:
- tiny abrasive particles provide gentle and effective cleaning of the surface from dirt, soot, burns, coke, rust;
- painting and abrasives spraying are indispensable for the processing of the metals with the parts where traditional processing methods are impracticable.
