The plasma cutter allows to implement the cutting operation quickly and
\nwith minimal errors. Finished products come out without sagging, roughness
\nand fire scales. You are able to cut almost any type of metal with plasma cutter.
\nThe raw materials in different states are able to be used for the cutting-out: it is
\nnot required to clean the raw material from paint or rust. The plasma cutter
\nallows to get very smooth and accurate small- size cutting without the waste.
\nMoreover, the deformation of the processed metal is so insignificant that it in no
\nway affects the product quality.

Metal turning machine is able to turn both simple (screw bolt, nut,\nsheave) and more complex products (shaft, coupling, flange, spindle). Two intercomplementary operations, i.e., abrasive blasting and painting,\nare integral stages of the procedure for cleaning of different types of surfaces\nfrom old enamel, dirt, mud, rust and further painting.
\nThe surfaces are cleaned by means of sand blasters and shot blasting\nchambers. The materials used for the cleaning are different types of the\nabrasives, e.g., shot and sand. The painting is implemented after the cleaning.
\nAbrasive blasting and painting have the following benefits:
\n- tiny abrasive particles provide gentle and effective cleaning of the surface\nfrom dirt, soot, burns, coke, rust;
\n- painting and abrasives spraying are indispensable for the processing of\nthe metals with the parts where traditional processing methods are\nimpracticable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t
