The plasma cutter allows to implement the cutting operation quickly and
with minimal errors. Finished products come out without sagging, roughness
and fire scales. You are able to cut almost any type of metal with plasma cutter.
The raw materials in different states are able to be used for the cutting-out: it is
not required to clean the raw material from paint or rust. The plasma cutter
allows to get very smooth and accurate small- size cutting without the waste.
Moreover, the deformation of the processed metal is so insignificant that it in no
way affects the product quality.

sheave) and more complex products (shaft, coupling, flange, spindle). The
pieces made using the metal turning machine will be much more accurate: the
measurement can be not in the millimetres, but in tenths, even hundredths of a
millimetre.
Screw cutting is one of the work types that can be done by means of the
turning machine. The screw thread is used in different fields, including
mechanical engineering, as well repair and construction works.The screw

Two intercomplementary operations, i.e., abrasive blasting and painting,
are integral stages of the procedure for cleaning of different types of surfaces
from old enamel, dirt, mud, rust and further painting.
The surfaces are cleaned by means of sand blasters and shot blasting
chambers. The materials used for the cleaning are different types of the
abrasives, e.g., shot and sand. The painting is implemented after the cleaning.
Abrasive blasting and painting have the following benefits:
- tiny abrasive particles provide gentle and effective cleaning of the surface
from dirt, soot, burns, coke, rust;
- painting and abrasives spraying are indispensable for the processing of
the metals with the parts where traditional processing methods are
impracticable.
